In all communications to AH diagnostics, please include your email address, the Web site address, mobile application, and/or the specific AH diagnostics product to which you provided Personal Data (e.g., www.ahdiagnostics.com), and a detailed explanation of your request. If you would like to delete, amend, or correct your Personal Data and are contacting us by email, please put “Personal Data: Deletion Request” or “Personal Data: Amendment/Correction Request” in the subject line of the email. We will respond to all reasonable requests in a timely manner and may need to further confirm your identity in order to process certain requests.

Data Security

AH diagnostics maintains reasonable technical, administrative and physical controls to secure any Personal Data collected through the AH diagnostics Sites.

Third Party Sites and Social Media Plug-ins

This Privacy Notice does not apply to third-party Web sites to which AH diagnostics Sites may link. AH diagnostics Sites may use social media plug-ins (e.g., the Facebook “Like” button, “Share to LinkedIn” button) to enable you to easily share information with others. In the unlikely event of an interception or unauthorized access despite our efforts, AH diagnostics shall not be responsible for such interceptions or unauthorized access, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) suffered by a customer or user, even if AH diagnostics has previously been advised of the possibility of such damages, AH diagnostics does not warrant, either expressly or implied, that the information provided by any customer shall be free from interception or unauthorized access, and does not provide any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the unanticipated event of a data breach, AH diagnostics will report such data breach to the relevant authorities. Each customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her own password.
